My Hp victus is facing white screen issues it has only been months since i bought this device and the screen has started to bleed it is unacceptable that within such short period of time the screen has started to bleed i dont know what caused this but it doesn't look good also when i when on the hp support they said this screen doesn't come under warranty like it is a hardware issue it is accidental it should be under warranty.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your HP Victus gaming laptop. Screen bleeding and white spots can indeed be frustrating, especially on a relatively new device. The causes of these issues can vary but are typically related to physical pressure on the screen, HP defects, or issues with the LCD panel itself.

 

May I know do you see the spot in the bios screen?

 

Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens. Press f10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.

Yes, i can still see the spots on the bios screen , it has been present there for sometime i just got to see it now.bios.jpg

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out as it requires advance support or repair.

 

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
