My gaming laptop is fairly new and I keep on experiencing that my battery reaches 100% but after a while it"ll go to 93% and tell me it's not charging can anyone please help me with this situation because it is bothering me, the laptop has all the latest driver updates and windows update.

If you have a brand new laptop and its not charging properly, you should contact HP Support for direct warranty help.
Contact HP Worldwide | HP® Official Site
Choose the country you are in, then choose Support and follow the prompts.
NOTE: Options and hours of operation vary between countries.
You can also run the diagnostics to see if it reports any failures...
F11 at power on, then go to Component Test>power.
