Hi @kayasalimyagiz ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Pavilion Gaming laptop is not powering on properly, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to identify and potentially resolve the issue. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Check Power Connection:

  • Ensure that the power adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet.
  • Verify that the power cable is not damaged.

Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the laptop from the power source.
  • Remove the battery if it's removable (if not, proceed without removing the battery).
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and power cable.
  • Turn on the laptop.

External Display:

  • Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV using the appropriate cables. This will help determine if the issue is with the laptop's display.

Check for LED Indicators:

  • Examine the LED indicators on your laptop. These may provide information about the system's status.
  • If there's an indication of a hardware problem,

RAM and Hard Drive:

  • If you're comfortable doing so, you can try reseating the RAM and checking the hard drive connections. Make sure the laptop is powered off before attempting this.

BIOS Reset:

  • Reset the BIOS settings to default. Access the BIOS or UEFI firmware settings during the boot process. Consult your laptop's manual for instructions.

Boot in Safe Mode:

  • If the laptop turns on but the screen remains black, try booting into Safe Mode. This helps determine if a driver or software issue is causing the problem.

Battery Issues:

  • If your laptop has a removable battery, try using it with and without the battery. If the battery is faulty, it might be causing the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
