I try playing some games like apex legend says I’m missing ssse 3 gta v lag a lot and I do not know what to do please help I really like my pc

Unfortunately that is a 8 year old laptop that was only entry level when it was new.

It doesnt meet the requirements for those games. Im sorry.

Sorry I would have no idea. I doubt anyone would want to buy it now unless you just gave it away.

Computers lose value pretty fast, especially when they've been used that long.
