Dear HP Customer Service,

 

In this article, I would like to state that although my HP brand computer was repaired in the technical service, I still have the same problems and it has become unusable.

 

First of all, the model number of my computer is [6QW59LA] and the serial number is [Personal Information Removed], and I bought it from the official seller Amazon Turkey on 06.12.2020. But after a while, I could not get any efficiency from my computer. On 07.03.2022, I took my computer to the technical service to replace the motherboard of my computer. It was delivered to me by the technical service with the information that "The motherboard was replaced". However, I still have the same problems after the repair.


The problem is as follows: On the computer preloading screen (HP logo screen), the loading animation gets stuck for 1-3 seconds and my computer does not turn on at all. I can easily get into the BIOS screen and it passes the Extended Hardware Test successfully and without any problems. But it gets stuck on the preload screen again.

 

The warranty period of my computer expired on 25.11.2022 and therefore I am not under warranty. However, it bothers me a lot that my computer is still having the same problems despite being repaired at the technical service. Therefore, I would like to ask for your help and request that my computer's problems be solved. I also request that this situation be included in the defective product coverage.

 

I kindly request that you find a solution to my computer's problems as soon as possible and keep me informed.
