I bought victus laptop on Friday and store give to me at next day. The same day my adapter is dead. Sunday is holiday. Today I gave to HP authorized service center they took my laptop and said it should be replaced in whole even though technician conformed adapter is dead. Why I have to wait for 5 day for product I bought I don't even reset my data. I lost 55 GB of network data. These all could have been solve just giving me new adapter. Laptop working more than fine. I lost many subscription service day. On top of not knowing when they give my laptop seal which I need to carry and replace in shop. We lost our time and we only have 2 paper as proof. Iam kinda afraid can I just get adapter and done with why complicate things . Service center person don't give proper answer he. He trying to replace whole product. Could you guy do some compensation for amount of time we lost I just want to play before collage start you guys wasting my time I waited for years and only proof that proves I got laptop is 2 paper
