Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Product name is HP Pavilion 15 Gaming laptop, the issue is that my laptop is randomly freezing anytime, the keyboard does not function and there is a black screen on the display, the freezing does not end for hours, and I need to force shutdown the laptop and restart it again to use it, sometimes even though I force restart the laptop, it freezes immediately and is not functional at all. Even the lights of the keyboard are not functioning, and I can't even enter the task manager to solve the issue. Sometimes, it even works for a couple of minutes and then suddenly freezes while running some tasks and it's like the whole laptop is dead until I force restart it.
