I'd like an answer to this. I just got the laptop, and it started doing this.

Welcome to the HP Community

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the laptop and the operating system.

Check if you can boot to BIOS page.

Follow the below steps to boot into BIOS page.

1. Turn on or restart the computer.

2. While the display is blank, press the f10 key to enter the BIOS settings menu.

Keep me posted.

Have a great day!

Cheers:)

This could be a hardware issue.

I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for one on one interaction.

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: https://www.hp.com/contacthp

Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest

Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect

Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

Keep me posted on further assistance. Hope that helps!

Have a great day ahead!

I was supposed to recieve a package that contained packaging to send the laptop. I Never Got It. FedEx says it was delivered but I Never Got It. I have a CSO# but I'm not getting any real support from HP. I'm getting frustrated. I need a clear channel in which to contact a person and NOT A COMPUTER

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
