  • Dirt or dust could be stuck under the keys. Turn off your device and clean the keyboard gently with compressed air or a soft brush.
  • Open a word processor or text editor to see if the issue happens in different apps.
  • Make sure your keyboard layout and language settings are correct.
  • Go to device manager and check for keyboard driver updates or reinstall them. If you're on a laptop, test with an external keyboard to check if it’s the built-in keyboard that's failing.
  • Sometimes, a recent update or app may cause conflicts, so check for any recent software changes.
  • If the keyboard still doesn't work after trying the steps above, the issue could be hardware failure, and it may need to be replaced.
