Could you please explain exactly what the problem is and what has been done so far, so that one can understand the case.

The laptop displayed a message saying that the Bios needs to be updated and then displayed a blank screen.After I tried to update the bios with a flash drive by pressing the windows and B button . So the problem is that when it is about to initialize the update the screen goes blank again and the fan keeps on working

(1) Power off computer

(2Disconnect charger

(3Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4Connect charger

 

(5) Use (another Windows computer) to create <USB flash drive>

Follow --->>> BIOS Recovery Reinstall with USB

 

(6) Repeat reflash procedures:

  • windows + b <USB flash drive> not connected
  • windows + v <USB flash drive> not connected
  • windows + b <USB flash drive> connected
  • windows + v <USB flash drive> connected
