My laptop been at hp for 4 days and the status never changes. I want to know if they are working on it or if it just sitting there didn't pay what I did to not have it

Personal Observation
I would guess, based on my own experiences, that the status page is not being updated. I have seen that page stay the same until the day I received my equipment. Other times, the status updates regularly. Depends on the particular repair depot, I guess.
Regardless, our Community has no access any internal HP service, including any Repair depot or status.
Contact HP Technical Support.
Use the contact information you used when you opened the case.
Be ready to input your case number.
Reminder: Do not post your case or ANY private information here.
If you don't see an update, and you are concerned about the progress, call HP everyday and ask for an update.
