Product: Hp omen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop doesn’t charge when on . It only charges when off and I tried getting a new driver but it’s still not working . Please who knows how I can fix it

What is the product number of your Omen?

 

Press Control/Alt/S together for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H/HP Help and Support/HP Support Assistant.
Open the Support Assistant and click on your computer in the list.
The Product Number will be listed there.
