Product: OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1006ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought Omen 17-cb1006ur 3 years ago, and i played games on it and nothing unexpcted happend, but when i came to UK for study and started using my laptop with battery, after 2 month it's just not charges when it switched on. When i press "Switch off" the battery starts charging with some strange noise, and when i turn it on again there is charging, but it disappears after a second, then it appears again and disappears again.
