Hi @Rekt1811,

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

-Perform a drain on your PC.

 1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.

2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.

5) Power on the PC and check if it boots into Windows now.

-Try connecting an alternate charger which is compatible to confirm if there is an issue with the charger or try the same charger on another laptop that uses the same type of charging port.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!

Hey thanks for the replies ive tried everything and after all those steps i came to my truested computer service guy and he says that we have to change the on board processor as its been shot and for also a second opinion before doing so  i visited a service centre of hp and got the same reply as my own service guy , the hp service also stated that i got to change my motherboard wtih the same config to a new one and would cost me 16k. Thank you so much for your assistance

But i still doubt it as , the main cpu also controls the charging and power switch right or correct me if im wrong, why would the laptop try to boot and not show anything if the whole main board would be shot. Or is it that only the area around the main cpu has been affected which just killed my main processor?
