My laptop fan stopped work after i cleaned and i got error

My fan did really weird noise like something not letting it turn , i though it's dust or something so i cleaned it with compressed air can from the outside . After ,i tried to open the laptop and see if the sound goes off and i can use it normally , i got msg error saying that my fan stopped working error , i really didnt want to open the pc so  if anyone knows the reason of this please tell me because i dont know what to do .

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
