Product: OMEN by HP - 17-w103ng (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got a neatly used HP Omen 17 laptop which had a faulty battery so I had to replace it. After replacing the battery, it works alright, charges well and no fault identified. The problem is I cannot use the battery without the charger, the laptop freezes every single time I unplug the charger and then turn black. Even after rebooting, it freezes during booting as well until I plug in back the charger. My drivers are up to date and I have tried disabling the drivers for the battery but no solution found yet. Can anyone please help me out?
