My laptop was freezing and crashing again n again. A repair guy said you need to replace ssd card I replaced and installed 1tb ssd card and installed windows. Updated my system. Bios are also updated. But still it is freezing specially when it's moved a bit or if it gets a bit of hand pressure while using it. Either it gives a blue screen saying something get wrong and then it restarts or it freezes and I'm forced to restart it. What next I should do to fix it?

Hi @Mustafaiqbal,

Thanks for sharing the details.

Since you have already performed the required steps and updated the graphics driver, this seems to need one-on-one interaction with HP internal support via remote assistance.
