HP Omen 17 Multiple Issues

It's an OMEN by HP 17-cb0005na

Product Number: 7EC51EA#ABU

My Omen has been plagued by issues for around a year now, I've only had it for around 2 years which makes this even more frustrating. The newest problem which appeared yesterday which has made it unusable for the games I bought it to use is that the laptop will not charge while it is on, only while it is off, this is not an issue with the charger as it works fine while it is off but immediately stops charging once it is turned on.

My next issue is that the laptop hard crashes very, VERY often, every time I play games on it (which is nearly every day) the laptop will hard crash and I have to hold the power button until it turns off around every 30 minutes to an hour and a half at best but for some games it works fine, Borderlands 3 crashes exactly every 12 minutes meanwhile I played Days Gone for around 6 hours over the day on a day off and it didn't crash once.

I have also had the issue of the laptop lagging really badly sometimes when it starts up requiring a restart which happens a few times a week. There are a few other minor issues but they don't compare to these other ones.

This has been incredibly frustrating for a long time and to be honest if I can under my warranty I would like to have it replaced as I have not tampered with it, nor downloaded or used any software which could have damaged it, this feels like a complete manufacturers issue and every thing I've tried to do to fix these issues in the last year, of which I have spent hours and hours browsing this site, watching YouTube videos, searching forums and blogs for advice and it all has done nothing to fix these problems. This has been so annoying for such a long time I would just like it to be replaced because of all this hassle and if not for this why do I even purchase warranty, if there are any employees who can let me know information on these issues and if I can and how to get my laptop replaced, it would be appreciated.
