Hi @5CD334MRYV,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP 15s laptop is completely unresponsive and won't charge or turn on. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

Check the Power Adapter and Connection:

  • Ensure that the power adapter is properly plugged into both the laptop and a working power outlet.
  • Try using a different power outlet or a different power adapter (if available) to rule out a faulty adapter.

Inspect the Charging Port:

  • Look closely at the charging port on the laptop for any physical damage or debris that may be obstructing the connection. If there's debris, gently clean it out with a soft brush or compressed air.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Sometimes, a hard reset can resolve power-related issues. To do this, disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery (if it's removable). Hold down the power button for about 30 seconds to discharge any residual power, then reconnect the battery and power adapter and try turning on the laptop.

Check for LED Indicators:

  • Many laptops have LED lights that indicate whether the laptop is receiving power or charging. Check if any of these LEDs light up when you plug in the power adapter.

Try External Monitor (if applicable):

  • If the laptop appears to turn on but the screen remains black, connect an external monitor to see if there's any display output. This can help determine if the issue is with the screen or the internal components.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Sorry to hear about your laptop! Try the following steps:

1. Check the power source and cable: Make sur the power outlet and charging cable are working.
2. Remove the battery (if possible): If your laptop has a removable battery, take it out and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect and try charging again.
3. Test with another charge:If available, use a different compatible charger to see if the issue is with the charger.
4. Inspect for damage: Look for any visibl damage to the charging port, cable, or battery.
5. Contact support: If none of these steps work, contact the laptop manufacturer’s customer support for further assistance.

Good luck!
