My laptop model is OMEN by HP 15t-dc100 CTO, does this model support keyboard lighting effects ?

It is a CTO machine therefore we can't find its specs. You should know because YOU ordered it.  Please open Omen Gaming Hub to check. You can see two options for lighting and option on the right (for Lighting Studio) should shows

If not please use Windows Store to update OGH and if not again that means your machine does not have this option.
