It's so unfortunate that I chosen HP product. They promised 2-4 day delivery. After paid the money online, HP team loaded my product with their partner DELHIVERY, who does not understand the timely delivery. The product reached Hyderabad on 31St Aug, 2023 and they were supposed to handover the produ t to me by 2nd of Sep,2023. Even today - my product is with Delihivery facility. When I enquired they are saying the poor weather enabling delay in deliver my product. The weather was rainy on 4th September. They were supposed to deliver the product on 2nd sep itself. Due to this inability of HP and DELHIVERY, I lost my educational credits at my university. In my view both these companies do not understand the importance of timely deli eries. HP me tions 2-4 day delivery. However they doesn't care the timing nor they dont question their partner DELHIVERY on the delay. If I would have do e the same.order through Amazon, Flipkart or I would have chosen HP competitor product, I definitely would have received my product well in time and I would have secured the most important educational credits from my university. I pitty on myself. I urge the people to be cautious while doing such orders
