Hi @Naveen12344,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Update Drivers:
- Ensure all your drivers, especially the graphics drivers, are up-to-date. You can do this manually through the Device Manager or by using the HP Support Assistant which can automatically detect and install any needed drivers.
Windows Update:
- Check for any pending Windows updates that might address compatibility or bug issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click on "Check for updates".
Adjust Power Settings:
- Sometimes, incorrect power settings can cause issues. Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep. Under Related settings, click on "Additional power settings" and choose a balanced power plan to avoid aggressive power-saving modes.
Disable Fast Startup:
- Fast Startup can sometimes cause boot-up issues. Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do. Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" and uncheck "Turn on fast startup".
Check for Malicious Software:
- Run a full system scan using Windows Defender or any reliable third-party antivirus to ensure there is no harmful software affecting your system's performance.
Display Settings:
- Adjust your display settings to a supported resolution and refresh rate. Right-click on the desktop, select Display settings, and ensure the recommended settings are applied.
Perform System Maintenance Check:
- Use the Windows built-in maintenance tool for checking and solving potential issues. Type "System Maintenance" in the search bar and follow the on-screen instructions.
Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics:
- Use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tool to perform a system check. This will help determine if there's any hardware issue. Restart your laptop, and while it's booting up, press the F2 key to load diagnostics.
Reboot in Safe Mode:
- Boot your laptop in safe mode to check if the problem persists. This will help determine if the issue is software-related. If the laptop works fine in safe mode, then a third-party software might be causing the issue.
Restore System:
- If the problem started recently, consider using the System Restore feature to revert your laptop to a previous state when it was working fine.
I hope this helps.
