Omen 15 2020 i7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was just wondering if my laptop Omen 15 2020 is running at 145°F = 64°C is it running to hot or no ? I'm worried.

That is normal for a games machine. HP Omen machines can run up to 97°C when gaming but please don't keep that high for too long, 1 hour is OK.

Machine will shut itself down when to hot, above the designed limit.

Regards.
