Product: Example: Pavilion Gaming Laptop model 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavillion Gaming Laptop immediately shuts off when the power cable is removed even though the battery shows 100%   I have run the HP diagnostic for the battery and the result showed that it passed.  Has anyone else encountered this issue and or knows how to resolve it?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer turns off as soon as you unplug the charger.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
