i bought my laptop about 1.5-2 month ago and sometimes it freezes when i play games. it freezes for a 3-5 seconds for 15-20 second straight my bios is in latest update my drivers are in latest update too i dont know what to do i spoke to the HP services and they connected to my pc and did something and it fixed it for a week but the freezes are happening again please help me
