My laptop started showing artifacts, but when i tried contacting hp us, they didnt call me

Last week i was trying to contact hp us, but when i did it, they told me they were going to call me later. It has been a week, no more warranty (i started before it ended). Now, i can’t even start a chat to ask them how i can solve my problem
