Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My problem is that every time when I play games on my laptop, the laptop starts to discharge but when I'm not playing games it charges normally is this something I should be worrying about? I have the latest updates of drivers and Windows 10 and did a diagnostics of the batter and the AC adapter and everything passed. One more thing when I got my laptop the OMEN key (above the NUM lock) was working but when I updated windows it stopped working can you help me fix this too?

FYI : I can still access the omen command center from my applications

Contact HP support for warranty help. They may want to replace your charger.

that is a result of breaking from Windows updates. HP is working on it and has not found the solution yet.

Tell Support when you contact them about your power issue.
