Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I ordered for a HP VICTUS Windows 11 gaming laptop from flipkart. Within 14 days I got an hardware issue and after contacting the service center, they checked my laptop and declared DOA. My concern is that will the replacement for the laptop will be a fresh new laptop or a serviced one, because it's been offered by savex technologies private limited. Also, will I get the warranty period for my new laptop.?
