Hello Sir/Madam,

 

I have a gaming laptop and I bought on Amazon about 3 months ago.

My laptop not opening right now for no reason. I was using my laptop without plug and I needed to go outside, I putted my laptop on my desk and I left there without plugging again.  (It had full battery)

When I came back to my house, I tried to to open but it didn’t do any effect. No noise, no lights, nothing.

I plugged the laptop, lights came (white light). 

Then I tried to open but it didn’t do anything again.

I tried 15 sec. power button holding but still nothing.

Model Victus Gaming Laptop 16-s0025nt (7Z591EA)

 

It was on sleep mode when I left it there (top cover was close).
