OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R1AV)

My laptop won't turn on it is receiving power as i can see the light indicating full charge ie white light no sign of life like no fan noise ,keyboard lights nothing i had been facing issues like hibernation issues like it went to hibernation itself then come back after hrs of just a few sec also sometime it restart itself from past 3 months it's under factory warranty till 2026 i have tries every thing like that 15 sec hold power button dis. all peripherals nothing works

A hard reset may fix the problem.  Be sure to count to 20

  • Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.
  • Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer.
  • Tap the ESC key about once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash.
  • Press F2 to run diagnostics: (v) 2.6 or later is recommended.

 

If this does not work then try one more time before contacting warranty
