HP Laptop(Pavilion Gaming 15ec0100ax)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought  HP Laptop(Pavilion Gaming 15ec0100ax) couples of weeks back. I don't know why it is continuously lagging ,I haven't yet installed any heavy softwares or games and i don't know what is wrong with it. No virus detected by windows defender.

I am so frustrated right now even after spending so much money i am having this kind of lagging. Please anyone tell me what should i have to do to solve this lagging issue.

Hi @Devanshrao123,

I'd like to help

Run the guided troubleshooter and follow the steps below -https://support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics?category=computing&issue=computer-slow

Actions that can improve latency include the following:

  • Use an Ethernet cable rather than a Wi-Fi connection.

  • Reset the router or modem.

  • Limit Internet use by other devices on the home network.

  • Close applications that are using the home network.

    note:

Carefully read any warnings generated by closing applications. Improperly terminating applications can cause errors.

  • Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
