Hello everyone,  I have a problem with my new  PC it keeps freezing randomly , I had to do a factory reset of the windows 10 but  it keeps happening again ,I really dont know what to do , I would appreciate any help I can get from here , already did the hardware test I got no errors

If you did a factory reset and the laptop is still freezing, you should contact HP Support for a warranty issue.

The warranty has expired the laptop was bought as new on ebay , can I still get help from Hp

You said its a new laptop in your first post so I am confused. Am I to assume it was a used PC then if you bought it from eBay?

 

Do you have the UEFI Diagnostics on the drive? If you tap the F2 key at power on, that menu will appear. Then you can run the full Extensive tests. Did you do that?

It was bought new on Ebay to clarify, I have not done the extensive testing only did the quick test but I will be going to HP service center today. It now freezes sometimes on boot up
