My product thankfully was working for my final exam, but when I brought it home and watched a show it froze on me. Had no choice but to reboot using the power button, then it said that it was fixing disk errors. Took a look at related issues on here, and went to the hard drive quick test.
DST Check failed, ID RLR39S-95MA3G-XD7W3G-60QM03
I used the virtual agent on here to check my products warranty, and it said that the warranty expired in August. I bought this laptop in November.
I can provide proof of purchase in November if needed

I edited my post, my apologies, I was a bit stressed when typing it out and didn’t think straight about sharing my serial number.
You are correct that I purchased from Walmart. I will call customer service tomorrow to figure out what’s going on. Thank you
