Product: Omen X 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My product is still in warranty, it's a new one but my sound is not working properly, it suddenly falls and suddenly raise. Currently the speaker sound is so low that feels like 20% at 100% volume. But with head phone and bluetooth devices it works properly.

I updated the driver several times but nothing worked.

What is the issue??
