The link you have listed is for laptops from 2020-2021 , my laptop was released in 2022 and in fact has "Adaptive Battery Optimizer" and is in "Enabled/Not Activated" state ...
THIS DOES NOT STOP THE BATTERY FROM BEING FULLY CHARGED TO 100% (83WHr) when kept plugged in while gaming
