Product: Omen by Hp 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. So recently I purchased Omen by Hp 15 and in the description it is said that I can customize my keypad in Omen Command Center. So I installed it and a lot of options are missing. I don't have Lightning , Overclocking and Rewards. Can somebody help me please?

Welcome to HP Support Forums. Not all machines have all options./features depending on hardware on each machine. Please read

1. Overclocking: nearly all machines do not have this option,

2. Lighting: Normally ONLY machines with 4-zone colors keyboard have this option

          light colors.png

3.Rewards: I believe ONLY machines sold in the US have this option
