Why on earth do they make these laptops so that you have to take the whole case back off to replace the battery? This is the worst laptop I have had. After two years the battery is rapidly degrading because I can't take it out when I am using the machine on mains power.
Next Laptop won't be HP based on this, the problem with the fan being on constantly, the HP system software reading the CPU temperature WRONG and the HP technicians not only being useless in solving this problem, but even UNDERSTANDING what the problem is.
This laptop will soon become a doorstop for me, I'm afraid.

Probably they are all the same now, Dell, Lenovo, HP .... follow Apple's way to build their machine. I still have few older machines at home, physically I can replace HDD in 2 minutes, no more. Now I have to spend hours to the same thing.
Regards.
