Need help with Warranty - OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1003na

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've submitted 4 warranty disputes and not had a response. I bought the laptop last month and have uploaded the proof of purchase invoice as warranty was wrong.

 

I should have 12 months warranty from purchase not 7 months.

Please help!
