Hello, I would like to have some information about replacing keys in India. Today one of the keys, popped out while I was playing a game and the HP support says it's not covered under my extended warranty I don't know why if it's not due to an accident, they say I have to replace the whole keyboard and that I have to pay for it,  "button" of the "2" key on my keyboard which is on top row which has number keys from 0-9, so the key itself still works but it is harder to press because of the button absence. I would like to know if it is possible to only buy one single key button ("2" key in my case) and not a whole new keyboard, and where to buy it. Upon closer look, I found it was the hinge that broke so I needed only a hinge.

PS: It's only been a year since I bought such an expensive product and the support system is not helping
