Hello everyeone,

Hoping someone can help me out with a way to solve my issue with HP. My laptops hard drive failed while i was overseas, i sent it back to HP to be repaired and when they sent it back it i never received it in the mail through USPS.

Being at a US military base all of my mail gets automaticlly delivered once it has been received by my unit. Ive tried to contact them through HPs chat function online but until i got back i had no way to call due to my location. I finally managed to get back home and when i called HP all they could tell me was that is was delivered to the military post office and they considered that delivered.

Clearly it got lost somewhere along the way but it seems with a $1700 laptop they would take the appropriate steps to enusure i got it back. i was surpised at no signature confirmation was required. Its the weekend and i get sent straight to the outsourced phone support who cant do anything about my issue when i try and call.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
