Product: HP OMEN 25L GT12
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just received my new HP OMEN 25L GT12 and finished the initial setup procedure. I discovered the OMEN Command Center software was not preinstalled on the PC. The only installed OMEN app is "OMEN Audio Control". The OMEN Command Center is no longer available in the Microsoft Store. How can I download and install this software?

 

Is my new PC software misconfigured? What other software may be missing? Do I need to return this unit?

Omen Command Center is obsoleted, you should see Omen Gaming Hub on your machine. If NOT, you can use Windows Store to search for Omen Gaming Hub and Get/Install it on your machine.
