Hi,

I have seen this problem as a common complaint on HP Forums but could not find any solution.

My new HP Omen laptop's battery drops straight from 100% to 93%. No 94% to 99%. Straight from 100% to 93%.

It is strange, although I noticed that the battery stays at 100% for quite a long time of 10-12 minutes. It may be that the power indicator is simply skipping the middle percentages from 94% to 99% but that is just my guess. It is a new laptop and there shouldn't be any battery issues.

Many people have posted this same problem but I could not find a proper answer.

Can you please help me fix this issue?
