New HP Omen wont turn on

My HP Omen is 3 days old, and I can't turn it on.

- I've tried to press the Power button for 15 seconds several times (with and without the power connected)

- I've tried to check the connection of the adapter

- I've checked that it's power from the outlet.

I am pretty sure that the charger was working yesterday, because the adapter was hot after using the computer.

No lights are turned on (but I can't remember seeing any charging lights when it was working either.
