Hello,

After installing a new (original) TE03XL battery in my old HP OMEN 15-ax009np laptop, initially with 52% charge and an indication of 4:35 until full charge, it only reached the charge level of 90% without being able to exceed it.

 

It was possible to use the laptop with the new battery for a few hours, until it was completely discharged (since the ideia was to perform the calibration after draining the battery power).

 

However, after full discharge and several hours disconnected from the AC power supply, it was not possible to charge the battery again, and the HP battery test, even with the BIOS update, indicates "No battery detected".

 

I don't know how to go about solving this problem, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
