Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1052nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new charger as the old one's pin was bent. I made sure the new charger was the same wattage, (200W) same pin size, and manufacturered by HP to try make sure everything worked more smoothly. Whenever I plug it in it charges for maybe 5 seconds then just stops. There's no warning saying its incompatible or anything. I've taken out the battery to my laptop as I don't ever unplug it making it impossible to use the ac adapter check.

What is its part # ? You need part number L00818-850. You can buy from (first item):
