Hello. Help me please. What to do?
New laptop. 3 days. The battery drains very quickly. And it turns off at 10%. All possible tests of the battery and power supply showed that everything is fine. Thx

I don't know why with a new machine. I did a test on 2 machines:
- a 13" Dell 2-in-1 Inspiron with Windows 11 (more than 1 year old)
- a MS Surface with Windows 10 (more than 2 years old),
I did charge them to 100% then turned them off, after 2 months (actually 58 days) the Surface had 78% and the Dell had 71%
I've got an older Surface (7 or 8 years old now), after 4 months of so, it still has 76%
Now back to your machine, please try
