Guys, My laptop got bricked after updating the bios on 26th August 2021 and I contacted Hp WhatsApp support regarding this and they arranged an on-site repair on Friday. But service guys only called me instead of providing me on-site repair. The guy told me that he will come on Monday or Tuesday along with the Motherboard replacement. Yes, guys, he said that my victus laptop needs a motherboard replacement without even checking the laptop.
So, I waited till Monday but still, none came. So I called that hp guy who called me earlier. He replied to me that He won't be coming unless the motherboard has come. So I am waiting for them for more than a week and this Sunday it becomes 2 weeks. I chatted to numerous hp customer care guys in WhatsApp but still my laptop isn't working.
So yesterday, I got a e mail from hp at night (around 11 pm) which had a pdf as an attachment( I have attached the ss of it). I opened it and it mentioned that my laptop got serviced at 8 pm. But in reality, no service guys came to my house for the onsite repair.
Nice job Hp for ruining our lives, time, and dates from warranty. Please continue like this so no one recommend your brand to someone else
