Got device second hand and trying to get this issues fixed. On power on the device has no display or fan movement. I've been looking at mobos and I also wanted to get confirmation of the mobo model so I can get the right one.

I see that your HP notebook does not power on.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.
