Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I've was having an issue with my command center. There was no lighting feature. I've updated all my drivers and the system updates. My laptop supports 2 zone lighting. Here is a link to specs. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06084805

Unfortunatley your model does not come with a 4 zone mutlicolored or rgb backlight. Its only 2 zoned.

Keyboard
Full-size 2-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

As such, the option for lighting in the Omen Commmand Center will not be present.
