No Performance Mode on Omen 15-ek0000 Series (2020)

Product: HP Omen 15-Ek0112tx

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

Hi, I have a HP Omen 15-ek0112tx (2020) with the following specs:

• i5-10300
• GTX 1650 Ti
• 16gb RAM, 513gb SSD
• 150w power brick

My Gaming Hub (updated) doesn't give me the option for Performance Mode. I have access to everything (Undervolting, Performance Control, Thermal Control) except for the Performance Mode option under Performance Control. It only shows me Balanced Mode.

All documentation shows that the Omen 15-ek0000 series should have access to these. I've read that the 1650Ti + 150w power supply might be the issue, is this true?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Update OMEN Gaming Hub by downloading the app from the Microsoft Store.

1. Click the Microsoft Store icon on the taskbar.

2. Search for OMEN Gaming Hub.

3. Click Update.

   Wait while the program downloads and installs.

4. Click Play.

   OMEN Gaming Hub opens.
